Security, Storage and Retention of Personal Data
Goget is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. However, while we take reasonable precautions to guard the personal information we collect, no security system is impenetrable.
Goget takes precautionary measures to help prevent information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. We also ensure that our third-party data center vendors provide adequate security measures. Additionally, your data is protected with encryption, such as Transport Layer Security (TLS), during transition over the Internet. Please note, your password is stored using salting and hashing technology, which means that it cannot be recovered (or disclosed) by anyone, including Goget, it can only be reset.
You can only access your Goget account information and our service using an individual user login and password. To protect the confidentiality of personal information, you must keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any other. You should always log out and close your browser when you finish your session.
The Service is hosted and operated in the European Union/ European Economic Area (EU/EEA).
Goget will retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services you have requested and thereafter for a variety of legitimate legal or business purposes. These might include retention periods:
- mandated by law, contract or similar obligations applicable to our business operations;
- for preserving, resolving, defending or enforcing our legal/contractual rights; or
- needed to maintain adequate and accurate business and financial records, which is our legitimate interest.
You may request to close the user account that you have registered with us, in which the following conditions apply:
- All products and services must be cancelled prior to closure. If there are any active products or services in the account, the account cannot be closed.
- Any active licenses will be forfeit.
- You will no longer be able to log into your account after it is closed.

How you can access, update or delete your data
To easily access, update and delete your personal data (where available), please sign in to your Account (www.roomdisplayscenter.com) and visit “My Account”.
If you make a request to delete your personal data and that data is necessary for the products or services you have purchased, the request will be honored only to the extent it is no longer necessary for any Services purchased or required for our legitimate business purposes or legal or contractual record keeping requirements.
Upon closing your account, you may request that your personal data be deleted. It may take up to 30 days for account data to be deleted. After deletion, you will no longer be able to access your account and your account will be unrecoverable.

Is Goget a Data Controller or Data Processor under the GDPR?
Unless otherwise stated, Goget AB is a data controller for personal data we collect through the Goget Services subject to this Privacy Statement. Goget may modify or update this Statement when necessary, to reflect customer feedback and changes in our Goget Services. Please review it regularly. When we update this Statement, we will revise the “Last Update” date at the top of the Statement.
