We’re excited to announce the launch of the GOGET WorkPoint app for Microsoft Teams and Outlook, bringing seamless workspace and meeting room booking directly into the tools your teams use every day.

What’s New

As part of our continuous mission to simplify workplace experience and reduce friction across work environments, the GOGET WorkPoint app enables users to interact with the GOGET reservation platform without leaving Microsoft Teams or Microsoft Outlook. The same core functionality available in the Web Reservation Portal is now embedded into your organization’s collaboration and scheduling workflows.

Seamless integration with everyday tools

The GOGET WorkPoint app enables:

  • In-context booking: Users can search for available rooms or desks, view availability, and make reservations directly within Teams or Outlook.
  • Consistent experience across platforms: Whether you’re using Teams Desktop, Teams Web/Mobile, Outlook Desktop, or Outlook Web/Mobile, the GOGET interface feels familiar and intuitive.
  • Single Sign-On support (SSO): When enabled by IT, users logged in to Microsoft 365 are automatically authenticated in GOGET WorkPoint without additional credentials, thus streamlining access and reducing barriers to adoption.

This integration helps organizations support hybrid work practices by embedding workspace booking into core communication and scheduling tools.

Full feature parity

The Teams & Outlook app provides the same capabilities users expect from the GOGET Web Reservation Portal:

  • Search and filter available rooms and desk workspaces
  • Check real-time availability before scheduling
  • Make, edit, and cancel reservations
  • View office maps

By extending these features into Teams and Outlook, users can manage their workspace bookings directly where they plan meetings or collaborate with colleagues, significantly reducing context switching.

How it works

The GOGET WorkPoint app must be deployed to your organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant by an IT administrator. Once added, the app becomes available in Teams and Outlook for assigned users and groups.
