General Admin Updates (Web Dashboard)
- Settings Templates
Introduced a settings profile wizard for room and desk objects. This admin feature allows bulk transfer of common settings shared across multiple workspace objects. - Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Owners and admins now have the option to enable 2FA for an additional layer of security when logging in with basic sign-in. - Directory Integration Enhancements
Enhanced Directory Sync integration, including continuous auto-sync. - Owner Account Updates
Owners can now update their login email directly from their account settings, offering greater flexibility and control. - Improved Safeguards
Prevent regular users from mistakenly registering a new admin account/tenant. Regular users can only register an account by invitation while using the same login. - Block rooms & desks
Admin roles can now prevent users from reserving specific rooms or desks by utilizing the new “Block” feature. When enabled, the room or desk becomes blocked from being booked, ideal for temporary arrangements. - Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements
We’ve resolved several minor issues and implemented performance enhancements to improve overall stability and user experience.
Wayfinding
- Support for Multiple Wayfinders on the Same Floor
Improved handling of multiple unique wayfinders, even when overlapping workspace entities exist on the same floor. - “You Are Here” Marker Support
Added support for unique “You are here” wayfinder location markers when map views are activated, so users can see the wayfinder’s location on the map. - Bug Fixes & Performance Improvements
General stability improvements and minor bug fixes to enhance the overall experience.
Room Booking
- Email Reminders for Meeting Room Check-Ins
Organizers can now receive email notifications when a check-in is due - General Improvements & Bug Fixes

Mobile App
Improved handling under “My Reservations
– Added support for Booking Delegate approval policies, where room reservations receive the status “Maybe” until approved by a Booking Delegate.
– Added pagination in searches to improve load times for room and desk queries.
- Added two-factor authentication for Owner/Admin roles using basic sign-in.
- Enhanced check-in process with QR scan functionality.
